It will cost you nothing. If we get paid, it is by the builder or by an agent. We are completely transparent, and you will know exactly who is getting paid. If someone says there is a cost to you, contact us immediately, it’s probably not us.
What to Expect
Once we receive your search criteria, we will put you in contact with an agent who will guide you through the process.
After the call the agent will login to our system and contact all of the Platinum and VIP agent and builders in our network.
We will find the best possible path to submit a worksheet that will have the best chance of becoming a purchase.
We let you know what the next step is and answer any questions you may have. After the property has closed, we visit you to drop off a closing gift.
